The Platform

How the Platform Works

1. Sense the Environment
ShockPoint continuously ingests data from open-source intelligence, commercial supply-chain feeds, geopolitical indicators, infrastructure signals, and user-provided operational data. This creates a constantly updated picture of risk, readiness, and friction across regions and networks.

2. Structure the Chaos
Raw data is organized into decision-relevant constructs—critical nodes, dependencies, choke points, time sensitivity, and exposure. The platform distinguishes signal from noise, highlighting what actually matters to the mission.

3. Model Risk & Courses of Action
ShockPoint applies proprietary scoring frameworks and AI agents to model:

  • Most Likely Courses of Action (MLCOAs)

  • Most Dangerous Courses of Action (MDCOAs)

  • Trade-offs between speed, cost, resilience, and risk

Each recommendation is traceable, explainable, and grounded in assumptions executives, leaders, logistics analysts can interrogate.

4. Decide & Adapt
Users receive prioritized options—not just insights. As conditions change, ShockPoint recalculates and adapts, supporting continuous decision advantage, even in degraded or contested communications environments.

Architecture at a Glance

  • Simple diagram or narrative:

    • Data sources (logistics systems, plans, reports).

    • Agent families (R-Series, S-Series, etc., in user-facing language).

    • Decision surfaces and products (dashboards, reports, updates).

    • Future: ShockPoint Portal for secure self-service.

  1. Agent Families and Roles

    • Non-jargony descriptions of your agent series (only those you plan to expose):

      • Readiness agents: ingest posture data and generate DRI/DPS.

      • Threat/risk agents: process external threat intel for DTRI.

      • Contested logistics agents: run CLA-style analyses.

      • AAR / provenance agents (if you align with Navigator concepts).

  2. Data and Instrumentation

    • How ShockPoint handles:

      • Operational/logistics data.

      • Threat and environment data.

      • Provenance and decision trails (AAR-friendly).

  3. Delivery Modes

    • Intelligence products (PDF/briefings).

    • Dashboards or situational views. (In Development)

    • Future self-service portal experience.

  4. Security and Deployment Options (High-Level)

    • Cloud, hybrid, potential on-prem / secure enclave story.

    • No technical detail yet, just assurance.
